$26.00 / 750ml

Russian River Pinot — silky, savory, food-friendly — with the alcohol gently removed. Cherry, forest floor, and a little spice. Pour it like you mean it.

  • Tasting notes
    • Bing cherry, dried rose petal, a touch of clove
    • Light tannin, savory finish
    • 0.0% ABV · 30 cal per 5 oz pour
  • Pairs with
    • Mushroom risotto
    • Salmon, seared rare
    • A second glass — why not.

"Whole-cluster fermented, neutral oak. We dealc gently so the savory side — that forest-floor note — doesn't get scrubbed."

— Diego Reyes, Head Winemaker

The Method

Real wine, then carefully de-alcoholized.

We make Russian River wine the way it's always been made — fermented dry, aged in neutral oak — then remove the alcohol with vacuum distillation. The texture, the aromatics, the savory side: all still there.
