Common questions
What ships and when?
We release four times a year — March, June, September, December. You'll get an email a week before with the lineup. Skip the shipment if you'd rather not.
Can I customize the box?
Yes — Linger and Loyal members can swap any release before it ships. Sip is fixed (one of each).
Where do you ship?
All 50 US states. Some states regulate non-alcoholic wine differently — we handle the paperwork on our end so you don't have to think about it.
How do I cancel?
From your account, two clicks, no calls. We'd rather you stay, but we won't make it hard.
